Summer Scenes: A Fragrance & Wine Workshop with Diptyque

As people who spend a fair amount of time with our noses in wine glasses, we appreciate a thoughtfully-crafted sensory encounter. Thus, we LOVE Diptyque. This French candle crafter makes some of the dreamiest, most evocative, just plain enjoyable fragrances we've ever had the joy of sniffing, and we're thrilled to welcome them to All Together Now for an evening of scents, sips, and nibbles.

At this special session, guests will move through thoughtfully-selected groupings of wine, snacks, Diptyque candles, and personal fragrances. Each station will transport you to a classic summer experience. Think lush gardens in bloom, sun-kissed beach moments, and wood-fired dusk gatherings.

Ticket includes guided wine tasting, small bite pairings, and scent lesson, plus a Diptyque candle of your choice to take home and in-store shopping discount at All Together Now.

Our friend Frankie is bringing her guitar to Sunday’s happy hour. Frankie Master is a Chicago-based singer and songwriter. Originally from Detroit, she grew up listening to Motown, show tunes, early-aughts pop, and 70s folk rock – meanwhile studying classical piano and journaling compulsively for 10+ years. As a result (presumably), her music is a unique blend of indie, soul, rock, and pop – warm, sincere, and introspective at its heart.

Blind Wine Tasting Workshop

Blind tasting is a technique used in wine trainings, formal examinations, and occasionally by our wine director when she's bored and wants to stump us. This approach to involves tasting wine without any information about what's in the glass. It helps folks at all levels of wine appreciation to understand, appreciate, and evaluate without bias.

In this session, our wine director Leigh will take you through the process of evaluating four different wines based on what you perceive with your senses. She'll share tips, terminology, and a useful framework for thinking about drinking. You'll become a Wine Detective™. (Kidding. Kind of.)

SVRN Somm Sundays: Italian Alps Edition

SVRN and All Together Now are back for their second wine night! SVRN Sommelier Sundays provides an open platform for people to release their creativity, meet like-minded and different folks, and expand horizons while breaking bread and drinking wine.

Join us on January 28 at 7pm to enjoy wines from the cozy mountain regions-- specifically, the Italian Alps. Remote locations make sourcing everything from irrigation to vineyard labor extremely challenging, too. But once the faint of heart have been weeded out, the peaks and valleys of the Italian Alps offer conditions any winegrower would envy. Many wines made in the tiny appellations here can step to the biggest marquee regions, but fly under the radar due to scarcity. And there are also uniquely communicative wines that speak to the dual sides of the region with both elegance and rusticity showing in balance.

An RSVP does not guarantee entrance, but is required for entry. One RSVP per person. Register here.

@blesstonio will provide the soundtrack to transport y’all to nothern Italy. Food and drink available for purchase.
