Join us as we fire up the raclette machine in a nod to one of the world’s smartest cold weather traditions: slapping melted cheese on potatoes, pickled things, and cured meats, then washing it all back with a glass of wine or three. Our French and Swiss pals are on to something.
Your ticket gets you all the melty cheese and accoutrements you can handle, plus some green veggies (you know, for balance) and three beverage parings. The party runs from 5pm till 10pm. Come early, stay late.
